This page sets out in full the terms and conditions, account registration, deposit and withdrawal procedures, and gaming policies that apply when using the iw003 platform.

Each player may register only one account on iw003. If multiple accounts from the same person are found, all funds in those accounts may be confiscated and the accounts closed.

You must provide accurate personal information when registering an account. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may affect your account.

Account Management
2.1 Account Security
You must keep your iw003 account password and login details confidential. Do not share them with anyone. iw003 is not responsible for any losses arising from a third party accessing your account.
2.2 Account Access Issues
If you forget your password or are unable to log in, you can contact customer support via 24/7 Live Chat. The support team will assist you in Myanmar language.
2.3 Account Suspension
iw003 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- When a violation of these terms is found
- When there is suspicion of fraudulent methods being used in gameplay
- When irregular financial activity is detected
- When false personal information is found to have been provided
- When there is credible evidence that the platform is being used for illegal purposes
Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
3.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit on iw003 using KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. All amounts are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are processed within one hour. Withdrawals will be reviewed, confirmed, and sent to the player. If there are delays due to banking system issues, please contact the support team.
3.4 Transaction Verification
iw003 may review players' deposit and withdrawal records to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Withdrawals are preferred to be returned via the same method originally used for the deposit.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 First Deposit Bonus
iw003 offers a 200% welcome bonus for first-time depositors. The maximum bonus amount is 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, and play with a total of 60,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Players who receive a bonus must complete wagering of 15x the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus: Wagering = 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks must be completed
- Example 2 — Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum): Wagering = 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks must be completed
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- The welcome bonus is available once per person, per account only
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement is met
- iw003 reserves the right to change bonus promotions at any time
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited
Fair Play Policy
5.1 Prohibited Actions
iw003 is built for fair play and genuine gameplay. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using software tools or bots to automate gameplay
- Colluding with other players to manipulate games
- Depositing and withdrawing solely to exploit bonuses
- Conducting deposit and withdrawal patterns that may be considered money laundering
- Playing multiple accounts simultaneously
5.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

8.2 Submission Time Limit
If a player believes a dispute has arisen after a game, they must contact us as soon as possible before it can be resolved. Please note that disputes submitted after a long delay may be subject to limitations on iw003's ability to process them.
8.3 Dispute Decision
Players are considered to accept that decisions made based on records from iw003's server are final.
VIP Program and Cashback Policy
The iw003 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. VIP tier progression is based on the player's gameplay pattern and activity history on the platform.

General Provisions
10.1 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.
10.2 Myanmar Language Precedence
These terms are provided in Myanmar language only. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation, the Myanmar language version takes precedence.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the complete agreement between iw003 and the player. Any actions, promises, or references made by players that are not included in this document have no standing.
